too much nasal w to h
if you mean your hump, hard to say its from undevelopment or just genetical high radix without full side. Whatever you may have normal nose, without full side and with that zoomed photo i cant say anything

Thank you for ur response i cant send a regular photo rn but my dads side of the family overall has these noses but is there any way to make it seem better?
or is it only gonna be surgerys that will fix this btw im also 16 if u need to know that or is there any way i can improve it im sitll in puberty i started later then others tbh
