If you are skinny, you want to wear loser pants and a bit tighter (still baggy) tshirts. Also you want your outfit to seem a bit chunkier - so cargo or other baggy pants which are tight at ankle region + some narrow fitting shirt + bulky sneakers (think high tops (Jordan 1s, Chucks) or nike dunks/adidas niteball/nitejogger/jordan two trey/puma rs x/yeezy and many more but these are the more popular ones you'll find). Also you need a watch that is a bit chunky but not too big to hide your skinny wrists (it makes an illusion of bigger forearms) (G-Shock square 5600, Casioak 2100(smaller version perferably), G Shock 5900, 6900, 9052, etc). You also need a bit of color science to mix and match properly (notice the pastel G-Shock I chose to spice up the fit).

Make sure the cargos fit properly, e.g like this:
