are 5 amino 1mq or aod 9604 any good? i know the stuff is limited, but i only need to lose like 8-10 lbs of fat max to be 10-12% bf, though last time i tried cutting i got stuck at 15-17%, and i still am stuck in that range.

OP said he doesnt have an issue not eating anything when someone suggested reta, all i said was it has benefits other than appetite suppression, which is true.
