Why would you park your car where you need to pay? You can just park it at some appartments in the outer city

Gym membership is needed because there you can shower, take a shit, steal toilet paper, get water, (you can wash your clothes there too), get warm and maybe even work out while there

Not really, you can park in a safe neighborhood for free most of the time. Or just drive somewhere were campers are, there it will easily be for free.

And you only use the gym for showering etc., how would they ever know you are homeless if you take care of yourself?

There are 200 people living permanently in the airpoart in my vicinity. They don't want you there, but don't kick you out either

In the US many homeless people drive south to avoid winter cold. If thats not a possibility, a library membership offers a warm environment for the day for basically pennies + you have access to computers there; many shopping centres that have cinemas in them are open till late , until the last film of the day ends, you can also go there to get warm

Can't do that in the city, and would have to put it somewhere were you have access to public transportation to get back to the city

I’m just well versed in these survival type of situations
I know how to work out in prison without any equipment, survive in the wilderness, fight etc

With what @Prettyboy already said I'd just add you could buy a van and do renovation so that easily you can live in it. Get the dam gym membership so that you can exercise and get premium shower. Go to school or work. You can Save a lot of money so that you can buy a place once you are ready.
