—-> Eat one big meal a day ( combination of veggies , protein , carbs and fat ) (slightly over 1000 calories )
——> drink double scooped protein power shake to meet the rest of the protein requirements . ( 60 grams of protein and like 300 calories )
——> eat 2 snacks throughout the day maybe small amount of chips or protein bars to keep me sane ( total might be 600 cals)
Is this a good protocol to leanmaxx?
I’m working out 6 days a week with weighted callisthenics and supplementing with a multivitamin+mineral and extra zinc
——> I’m around 18 percent body fat and want to become 12
