Good preworkout meal

As long as it inludes simple carbs which get digested near instantly and act as energy, its a good pre workout. Also whey isolate since it is most effective for muscle protein synthesis right before or right after a workout

No carbs just some meat.carbs are cope maybe
 
Carbs + a little protein (optional)
Examples:

Oatmeal
Greek yogurt + fruit/honey
Banana + glass of milk
Dates + honey
Glass of sweetened kefir
Protein drink + bowl of fruit
Bowl of muesli/milk
Beef jerky + fruit juice

depending on size eat 30-75 minutes before lift, the bigger the meal the earlier you should eat it
 
Fast acting carbs

Just get a chocolate bar or something
 
Idk i don't eat anything at all for pre workout. Just milk.
