Good progress?

In the first photo I was already 'taking care of my looks' but I was just being retarded, recently I started genuinely improving my looks and just wanted to see what you guys think of my progress so far

I have quiet a big nose so that's probably the first surgery that I'm going to do, also a canthoplasty or something to do with my CT, haven't looked into specific surgeries yet because it's going to be far into the future anyways

yes good progress, the nose surgery is a must, i would try to sort out that acne scarring you've got on your face, i would also get a tan as you've got a sick look to your skin, i would also go back to your old hairstyle, darken your eyebrows + hair would help you

I still have curtain-ish hair but I just put hair products in the after photos, yea I need get eyebrow dye and maybe hair dye. I live in the shitty UK so it's hard to get a tan even with mt2. I'm using accutane for my acne and use tinted SPF/BB cream for my scars; once I finish my accutane treatment definitely going to go through procedures for the scars
