Good protein alternative to chicken breast?

I'm really sick of eating chicken breasts every day, sick sick sick. Is there some other good protein source that doesn't include expensive beef steaks?

You can always get a chocolate protein powder and put two 50g of protein shakes in your fridge for each day

Chug one down in the morning, eat whatever you want for breakfast and lunch...Then after your workout chug down another one.

You'll easily hit your protein, while eating whatever you want with that method.

And it's also very cheap, since protein powder in bulk is usually inexpensive.

2kg chicken breast = 20$ => 500g of protein
2kg protein powder = 50$ => 2 000g of protein

Protein shakes are cheaper

It's all relative dude. If you're strapped for cash and young then everything is going to be expensive. Healthy food is more expensive on average - for better or for worse.

That's why a lot of people just go through the drive through at Wendy's and get 5 cheeseburgers for 3,000 calories for like $11 USD and everyone ends up fat.

Food shopping is very expensive on average, especially when you're trying to be healthy. I know it sucks

You can also try cans of Tuna fish. But they can also run you a bit more expensive.

For cheap carbs you can do oatmeal and white rice. In bulk they're both cheaper as well

I've heard human meat is quite nice. Not saying I've tried it, but I've heard it's delicious. 🙏

Why tho? That smoothie tastes amazing.
I can barely tolerate the texture of hardboiled eggs. Even omelette makes me want to barf. Just the thought of eating raw egg :sick::sick::sick::sick::sick:

Eat grass fed minced beef. Even minced beef is better nutrition than chicken, and it's not expensive. Free range eggs are A tier protein and fat too. Wild fish more expensive but worth it occasionally for nutritional completeness. If you use supplements stop wasting your money and spend it on fish and cod liver oil instead.
