No they don't, scramble 6 Eggs, put onto a hot pan and mix them for 2 minutes and take off, keep them soft

i eat usually 2 meals but i can eat one just all that in one plate.

i noticed just this (with fruit as snacks) improved my health, appearance and most importantly my mental health alot.

actually yes. the source of carbs “energy” (which i think isnt 100% true) is milk which helps. for more energy if i want it (not need it) i will have some coffee or more fruit
