I need to start red lightmax to boost collagen.

Why shouldn't you use both? Hang this thing from the ceiling on top of your bed, buy some tanning googles and you can nap/stretch/whatever while getting irradiated.

I also bought that type of panel. for like 40 dollars.
As long as the range in good 660nm - 850nm, it should have positive effect. Idunnoit he more expensive ones are better.
Masks may also be good, or even better becuase closer to skin. but more expensive
