Good sleep aid after taking stimulants

I’m taking stimulants for upcoming exams does anyone know a good sleep aid to take that will knock me out and won’t have much problems if I use for a few weeks. Not something like melatonin that never works need something stronger not a benzo either don’t want to get withdrawels

doxylamine succinate is an otc thats wicked effective, i take 25mg, knocks me out even if ive ripped addy earlier that day. wouldnt use for more than a month straight tho cuz you'll build up a tolerance

Do you notice any drowsiness the next day? I’ll probably have to use it most days this month cuz vyvanse doesn’t let me sleep

i never noticed drowsiness on 25mg, higher doses will probably hit harder the morning after. i take it an hour before i want to fall asleep

Yes its better , it doesn't shutdown metabolism like melatonin
