I've been waking up at 8:30AM most days and holy shit it's done wonders for my mental health. Waking up at 3pm when it's gonna turn dark soon feels so fucking subhuman.
Shitty sleep will age you faster, make you go bald sooner, make you weaker dumber and more high inhib.

The first thing any man who wants to improve his life should do is fix his sleeping schedule.

Wait until you get to the point you wake at 6:30 after sleeping +9hrs, you feel the morning last longer so more time for copes

Waking up late basically destroys your day. But it’s hard to sleep early. I mostly ldar so I have too much energy at nighttime.
 
I hate my body because I'll be wide awake at 2am and unable to sleep, but at like lunchtime I'm dying of tiredness.
