ever since i fixed my circadian rhythm and started sleeping at the same time consistently
i sleep way longer and feel way less tired
not only do i feel way better but i also look better
everyone knows sleep deprivation is a massive looksmin
makes your eyes droopier skin looks way worse just rapes the shit out of everything
and i know half of you niggas here are sleep deprived as fuck sleeping 4-6 hours a day
fix your circadian rhythm and you will see and feel the difference
