There is a common myth that slop isn’t good for bones or height
But that’s not true, they contain a fuck ton of sugar and diary which spikes igf1 and hgh through the roof
Good slop:
Flavoured yogurt
Milkshakes
Cereal coco pops and Nutri rain
Bad slop
French fries
Vegetables
Fish fingers
Anything with no sugar or diary
In puberty I ate 1.4k calories daily from diary slop and now I’m 6,2 with good bones compared to my twin brother bad bones 5,9 and our diet was different growing up
