Some good softmaxxes, kinda water, just need to post sum
  • SLEEPMAXXING
    • Image
    • Sleep 8 hours a night minimum , sleep early cuz sleeping at 3 and waking up at 11 dosnt work .
    • Nap at in the evening if u have time , 30 mins should work , it gives u energy back ofc
    • The best sleeping position to be in is by your left side with a pillow between ur legs
    • And if u cant sleep at night orgasm right before bed or workout earlier in the day

  • SKIN CARE

      DO THIS AFTER U WAKE UP AND BEFORE SLEEPING
      • Wash face with water
      • Ice ur face with one icecube until it melts or buy an iceroller (Link where to buy)
      • Then cleanse
      • Moisturise
      • Sunscreen spf 50
      • chapstick
    • Drink plenty of water , 2 litters minimum
    • Eat carrots
    • Eat less sugar
    • Cut down on goyslop ofc
    • Get plenty of vitamins

  • Eat harder foods for mechanical tension
  • Get leaner fat fuck
  • Less salt and more water so you don't look like a puff ball.
