- Sleep 8 hours a night minimum , sleep early cuz sleeping at 3 and waking up at 11 dosnt work .
- Nap at in the evening if u have time , 30 mins should work , it gives u energy back ofc
- The best sleeping position to be in is by your left side with a pillow between ur legs
- And if u cant sleep at night orgasm right before bed or workout earlier in the day

- SKIN CARE
DO THIS AFTER U WAKE UP AND BEFORE SLEEPING
- Wash face with water
- Ice ur face with one icecube until it melts or buy an iceroller (Link where to buy)
- Then cleanse
- Moisturise
- Sunscreen spf 50
- chapstick
- Drink plenty of water , 2 litters minimum
- Eat carrots
- Eat less sugar
- Cut down on goyslop ofc
- Get plenty of vitamins

- Use roseamarry oil on ur eyebrows
