from 14 to 17yo(mid to end of puberty): 2iu of hgh/day+0.4mg of AI/day
Post closing of growth plates:125mg a week of testosterone

u might as well take ashwagandha and shilajit that dosage is absolute shit. 8iu hgh minimum and 350 test minimum
