I think shilajit is fantastic.
I think pine pollen is fantastic.
Drinking raw milk, raw honey. Cacao powder. Bee pollen.
Yeah all of these things are gonna be fantastic for gaining mass but at the end of the day it's about living a holistic lifestyle.

But seriously you need to be on Magnesium, Zinc, and D3 for max natural test, combine it with Boron and Ashwaganda you should lowkey be naturally test maxxed, if you have the good lifestyle choices, like eating well, working out, and sleeping well.
