How do you gain mass?
That's a great thing I can tell you. You gotta start tapping into certain supplements.

I think tongkat ali is fantastic.
I think shilajit is fantastic.
I think pine pollen is fantastic.
Drinking raw milk, raw honey. Cacao powder. Bee pollen.

Yeah all of these things are gonna be fantastic for gaining mass but at the end of the day it's about living a holistic lifestyle.

But seriously you need to be on Magnesium, Zinc, and D3 for max natural test, combine it with Boron and Ashwaganda you should lowkey be naturally test maxxed, if you have the good lifestyle choices, like eating well, working out, and sleeping well. That realistically is all you need, and it is beyond easy to get.

For more fast and noticable changes, take Shilijit, and SARMs like MK, making you "Fake" natty.

But this is only considering that you already have good base for a physique and a decent looking face, if this is not true then just go use HGH and Test Enth, if you want mass. Anavar and Tren if you want to lose fat.

PS: Take Vitamin C and Fish Oils too, makes u cuter 😉
