Ramieri for conventional trimax and infras only.

We really need to find more surgeons though. The 4 month consult time for Ramieri says everything.

Simonas Grybauskas, Lorenzo Trevisiol, Antonio D'Agostino, Ignacio Solis, Ramin Zarrinbal, Serge Ketoff, to name a few...Raffaini if money is no objet. Ramieri is great, Pagnoni is good but he frequently makes the chins too strong.
