I have a terrible fat pad under my eyes at the young age of 17 because of my dad (he has death tier undereye fat pad) thankfully my infraorbital is positive so it makes up for it a bit, but it still looks bad, give that hollow look, I can’t catch it well on camera it’s a bit worse irl, I have NO idea about surgeons and how where or anything
