As you maybe know, I visited Dr. Sailer in 2023 and Dr. Safi.
Sailer basically was heavily against me getting Trimax since my airways are already massive, so after getting Bimax I wouldn't be able to naturally close them jfl
I got a gf in 2024, so I aborted all surgery plans bc she told me to
Now my plan is to get Genio + Rhino and fine tune with fillers and implants after. Are there any experienced surgeons in Germany?
