Self-explanatory title. My lips are narrower than ideal. The corners should align with the medial borders of the iris, and mine are a few mm's shy.

Are there any examples of commissuroplasty with acceptable scarring? What's a good surgeon, and what is the recovery like?

One bump and then I'll let this die. Evidence supporting the efficacy of stretching seems tenuous, so I'm going to hold off on that for now.

I'm currently trying to set up a consultation for MSE as, as far as I'm aware, that's the only non-surgical option that's clearly effective (if you're a candidate).

MSE is known to cause asymmetrical expansion, look into EASE or SARPE.

I know Ramieri offers both, pm @Nims I’m pretty sure he’s getting EASE. There was a really good thread on why EASE is much better then SARPE or MSE. Give me a minute and I’ll find it for you

Usually, commissuroplasty is reserved for severe emergency cases like severe burns or whatnot. It's not a cosmetic procedure because it's very risky. Eppley used to do it but now he's implants only. I recommend you to consider lip fillers or a corner lip lift.

I think you will be able to find a surgeon who's willing to do it if you contact some reputable plastic surgeons. It's not something that any surgeon advertises, though
