As title says does anyone know good threads about bulbous tip fat dissolving procedure/anecdotes?

The nose tip isnt barely dissolved of fat and its extremely high risk.

Its like the equivilent of getting OBO for 2mm away from ideal

damn but it hurts giving up on one of my flaws, rhinoplasty might just have to be the move
