Started my max bench at 80 lbs now it is 125 lbs (started 40 for reps now 85 for reps - 3 sets of 8). Is that good?

how come and are there better alternativesbenching is useless
depends on what your goal is... because people either bench to flex to men.. because half the time bitches dont even care what you bench if you dont look good, and if your trying to get a bigger chest just don't do compound movements (too fatiguing) do a chest fly or chest press one of the two and just train the muscle three times a week and eventually you'll get there... or just hop on roidshow come and are there better alternatives
