Yeah movements are
Maxilla 8mm
Mandible 18mm

Overall 23mm from point of pogonian which means he must have also had some combination of CCW and/or genio to make up the 5mm difference and his chin already looks projected so would imply it all came from CCW

this "great result" could easily look like utter failure from other angles

Looks like it’s almost 45 degrees, guessing it wouldn’t look very good from the front

It's unlikely as this surgeon is quite well known for not changing people's noses too much (check results on his website) due a certain technique that he does according to this high iqcel on jsforums
