Hello, I am becoming overweight, my BMI is 26.6.
I need to become skinnier and more buff. What do i do diet wise and workout wise? Thanks.

arnold split, ppl. and bulk to gain muscle for 2 years then when u have a good frame, cut.

BMI is cope, doesnt consider bone density and others.

Legs , shoulders and arms , back and chest worked for me it just depends from person to person try out different splits and see what works out for you
