But bro like most of his bannings the people got unbanned within like 1 month
so kinda minus aura otherwise

- got 2k posts in 2-3 days
- got 7 people banned (OGS/BIG PEOPLE/RANDOMS)
- left and did it all in 2 weeks

I'm not sure.

Not based off of the chat, just moreso my personal opinion; I would just reset their rep points to 0 or negative and then make them be unable to give out reps anymore. Take away their ability to participate in the rep system if they can't use it properly. But I don't think that's how repfarmmers are handled usually.
