I mean this is kinda true to an extent - if youre comparing yourself to professionally taken pictures of eben pics from instagram etc you need to bare in mind a professional photographer took this whos job it is to make people look good - and they probably touched up the lighting etc as well. Everyone frauds their picutres to some extent mnow on instagram, tinder etc, so using slightly frauded pictures is just something you have to do to stay on a level playing field with everyone else rather than something whihc gives you a big advantage
