Im having extreme pain throughout my whole face and my skin is so dry, it hurts to open and close my jaw, especially on the right side

Im really not sure whats happening but it fucking sucks

I think the jaw, i just strained a muscle but the dry skin and facial pain i have no idea, i normally have face aches but this is like im being punched in the face, parts of my face hurt to the touch
