im really low on money so i had a litre of raw milk (7500 sp) 0.66 dollars
some barley vread (3000 sp) 0.30 dollars
and some dates (free, from my mom)

basically a one dollar brekkie.

yeah it does.

bread does bloat me and its annoying to my digestion.

and id rather have some eggs and butter for breakfast and raw honey for sweet taste instead of dates, but i cant afford that now.
