Darius cant use Q cause then he gets suppressed, without that healing he loses in an auto fight simply cause you cant flash out of E + W. He is going to eat all the damage he inflicted before even using ult, even if he somehow manages to ult him Haymaker's shield will still absorb everything.

It is an entirely skill matchup though, undeniable so i recognize theres also that
