Just look for suppliers on Alibaba that sell NFC Google review tags. Shipping usually takes around 2 weeks, and they’re roughly €0.50–€1.50 per item depending on the quantity. You can program the tags and add the Google review link yourself using the NFC Tools app.
Then just go around your city and approach cafés, barbershops, and other local businesses. Make sure they have a Google Maps/Google Business profile first. Just talk to them like a normal person, explain what the NFC tag does, and offer to set it up for them. You can buy the tags for around €0.50–€1.50 each and sell them for around €20–€30 per piece.
