For tasks I use gpt or claude but the convenience of the AI overview makes it more appealing to me because I can just search something up and have an answer (of questionable accuracy after reading this thread lol) in front of me

It's not accurate because web data is noisy. jokes, satire, SEO spam outdated pages, conflicting sources. Google already knew these problems would exist but decided to roll with it anyway
