If they wanted to have caucasian looks then they would do full epicanthic fold removal. Double eyelids are a common asian trait. The nose bridge surgery isn't also an inherently european trait. The ideal asian beauty standard actually doesn't really look white. Its more about balancing out the face for people with extreme phenotypes. The same goes for western plastic surgery as they often do nose reduction or face lifts to give more slanted eyes. You could argue these are asian features.
