i cant defeat it either, but once i went a entire week without gooning and all i did was spend time with my freinds, like go out every day and have sleepovers and play games w them it works for me so maybe u could try

ngl ive had the exact same issues i still do it from time to time but way less you might be bored at night/cant fall asleep which leads to you thinking abt that stuff and then that leads to gooning u either find smth to distract you from those thoughts or you learn how to ignore it

tbf gooning is a great way to relieve stress, not sure what else you can really replace it with

yea it's disgusting and degenerate, but everyone does it. unless you nut multiple times a day then your dopamine receptors are fried and you're probably cause your own stress if that makes sense

melatonin pills are goated i got 10pills for 3$ but my dad threw them so i don’t want to buy anymore if he’s gonna do it again

how old r u, just skip out on the unnecessary shit. u don't need cologne (just use good smelling deodorant), don't need unnecessary clothes (and definitely not shitty thrifted ones), etc

learn how to jew-maxx and save money for more important things

i have a couple of tees/pants/sweaters i rotate around and don't seem to have the need for any more

if you want to actually fashionmaxx just buy reps from china and buy designer (thirfting is low class and doesn't really have any good clothes), but not niggerish ones like supreme or louie
