Unless gooning is distracting you from looksmaxxing, sleeping, or eating healthy than it's not really going to affect your looks directly.

It could also drain you of energy if you're doing it a lot, energy that could be best redirected elsewhere.

However if you're getting off to porn that can lead to you not being able to get your dick up with women in real life, as your brain becomes desensitized.

So if you're gooning, I'd say 2x a day max, and ideally to your imagination with no content.
