just stop gooning if u want to nigga, yes it can be bad but not very bad as long as its not excessive. The main bad thing is watching pornography which you should really avoid

doesnt do shit unless it affects how you live your life such as not sleeping cus u cant resist to urge to beat your shit and it just fucks with your mental ig also with 5'7 you can easily fraud to 5'9 without making you look like a clown

168 without shoes and i have bad posture i think fixing it can get me to 174

lol 6 cm from posture is insane do u walk around like a t rex either way u can maybe squeeze out 2 cm with posture fixing depending on how bad it actually is and still you can fraud to 175cm and js tip toe a tiny bit when u have shoes off

only way to actually quit if you are addicted is somehow not being able to do it or look it up for example if you are on a class trip and sleep with your classmates ina room then you wont goon for 5 days

tbh look at hullo, bro was a gooner to children, it obviously doesn’t fuck with ur face or anything physical appearance, but it messes with ur mental really bad and ruins ur sex drive as well as ur confidence, im ngl im pretty addicted as well jfl:lul: but im tryna quit just been addicted for a couple years
