If done properly, filler doesn’t migrate it just dissolves.

Yes the higher amount the higher likelihood of migration. Placement also matters.

Filler doesn’t migrate unless it’s placed inproperly. Also a google search says filler migration happens less than 1% of the time which honestly shocked me. I’m replacing it with implants eventually anyways
