tooth size is bullshit, nose size doesn't matter that much and skull size only makes the measurement a little less accurate when you're at the end of the spectrum (really large or really small).

Mike Mew and Derrick Mahoney say it’s a reasonably good indicator of the the maxillas position, but an X-ray/CT scan is a far superior method to gauge where the maxilla is
