Got a damn near heart attack today at midnight

I'm usually a heavy sleeper and rarely wake up before morning. Small noises don’t bother me since I sleep with earplugs and an eye mask but tonight was different out of nowhere at around 3 am midnight a deafening siren came from the end of the corridor which sounded like this. It was so fucking loud my ears felt a sharp pain, it felt like a fire or war had broken out. Everyone rushed to the corridor to see what had happened. My heart was racing as I jumped out of bed, I thought I was going to die or something, full panic mode only to find two idiots who had smashed the glass and triggered the fire alarm just for fun. The shock completely threw me off. I sat in the corridor trying to calm down but my body was in full adrenaline mode. I couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night fuck

Hasnt happened in a while but have dreams of demons trying to fuckin drag me and shit. Had a crazy one where i was laying in my bed in my room as if i was awake and a demon was trying to rip my sheets off and rip me off the bed. Woke up and my sheets were on the floor…

Maybe i was trying to throw my sheets off while i was dreaming or something idk but have had a lot of dreams like that.
