What are you gonna do with the dog, you want to approach Eva when she's walking her dog and use the fact that you both have similar dogs as an opener to start talking to her?
A few years ago I had a cute female neighbor who had a rare dog breed - a Shar Pei and every morning would take him out for a walk, I was thinking then of buying a similar dog and bump into her when she was out with the dog and befriend her, but then her boyfriend moved in with her, and he received the task of walking the dog every morning, so I ditched the plan.
