Well done, man! How many kg did you lose in total? I lost 10 kg in a month but now I’m tired of leanmaxxing (or starvemaxxing, lol) so I’m kind of taking a break. I just ate an entire Ben & Jerry bucket.

at my peak I lost like 30 pounds in two months lowest weight 160 but hovering at the 163-165 range but ive been maintain/slowly going down for. Awhile started out at about 210
