Got a panic attack after months

was working out on Ritalin, took one look at heart rate it was fucking 192 scary part is I felt totally fine

It was going up and down 100 155 85 like a yo yo

got terrified and stopped cold it dropped to 72 within seconds

I could barely stand straight without shaking looking at my surrounds trying to act normal counting numbers naming objects in my head

my chest suddenly started to feel weird I stopped

Took a few deep breaths dropped to 67

My heart was fluttering with some bizarre sensation today morning when I delayed my propranolol dose

moral of the story: I’m never going to touch this pill ever again
