1kg fat is 7-7.8k cal depending on mitochondrial efficiency
lets say 7.5k
4kg is 30k calories
you need to maintain a 1.5k deficit daily to lose 4kg of fat, assuming all of it is fat loss and zero muscle loss
best thing you can do is cardio, forces fat oxidation and prevents muscle loss when starving, go for a 3hr walk + 45min hard cardio session everyday and only eat 1k cal of pure protein

its physically impossible to lose more than 300g of fat if your in a daily 2,250cal deficit
if the scale is going down more than 300g a day (assuming your in a 2.25k deficit daily) then its not fat and you wont look any better
