i spiked my libido, the sexual drive i had is something i havnt felt in a very very long time. i was working out in the sun with no shirt on, hot sun beaming right down on me, sweat all over, after doing a shit ton of quick push ups i was out of breath and just panting for air as i was laying down on my deck,

and boom as am i recollecting my breath i felt so in the moment and had a massive spike in my libido,

i just felt like if there was a girl there i would have have no inhibition whats so ever i would've savagely took over her body and fuck her like a caveman as if shes just a piece of meat and not giving a fuck about anything


if you guys got fucked up libido or have no sex drive, working out, pushing your body to the limit, putting your self out in nature fucking does something man, do HIIT, where you push your self to the limit where u run of out breath and u just pant like a fucking dog as if ur about to die

something about really heavy breathing after draining your energy puts you right in the moment

i am hooked on the feeling it gave me, I just wanted to fuck fuck fuck, amazing feeling, im doing it way more often now
