as a an addict that tried quitting look for replacements vapes or snus are fine if you want to quit:
gum is really good to like entertain you and keep your mind off smoking
whenever you feel the urge to smoke try to do an activity or even go out for a walk lol
and yeah bro its all in your head the more you fight it the harder the battle is gonna be so just try to relax
