Got an appointment for my sleep apnea

i made a post about this yesterday but i actually got an appointment the 25th this month.

i am 17, 70kg 170cm, live in sweden
i had trouble with my breathing when sleeping like never feeling rested, stiffness in the jaw, waking up with headaches, no energy etc.
I told my dad this and he said i got an appointment the 25th so now all i can do is wait and plan what i am gonna say.
I think im gonna say this, Everytime i wake up it feels like dying, i get headaches, and it never feels like i sleep good. I also wake up alot of times during the night gasping for air but i just brushed it off because i got diagnosed with asthma alot but i grew out of it. And now i suspect that it is something else.
I barley go to school because i never have the energy i barley go outside since i get very tired, even when hanging out with friends i usually take a 1g paracetamol to function for 3 hours just to go home and sleep for 7 hours. Even after i sleep for 12 hours it never gets better.

Does this sound good to say?
or am i missing something?
