Yep! It's better in almost every way! better study environment, way better dating scene, more places to visit and fun activities to do!

I'll also have more freedom with money. I could tell my parents I need cash for transport or food and just save it for surgeries or use it to buy peptides, since I'm cutting right now anyway and don't mind skipping meals!
