Got back from ortho

got back from the ortho and said imma need pallet expander and invisalign to fix my bite and some other shit. i had asked him about the facial part of it like widening my midrange and helping maxilla and he said since im 16 now it would be very limited gains so after the expansion if i dont really get rid of my long midface what should i do. when expansions done ill be about 4 months out from 17

i didint ask him directly for the midrange part of the face all i asked was if it would help widen my face and he said if it does it would be very minor. he suggested the expander and invisalign aswell
